1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made through Lead For Speed, including subscriptions, onboarding packages, setup fees, and usage charges (e.g., per-minute AI voice call rates), are non-refundable. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that all sales are final and waive any rights to chargebacks or credits except as explicitly required by law.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or services.

Important: Canceling your subscription prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previously billed periods.

3. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES OR TIME

Lead For Speed does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated charges for:

- Unused AI voice minutes

- Unused features or tools

- Early termination

- Downgrades made mid-cycle

- Forgotten or accidental renewals

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings prior to any billing renewal.

4. USAGE-BASED BILLING

In addition to your monthly subscription, you will be billed for AI voice usage at a rate of $0.15 per minute. You are responsible for payment of all minutes used prior to cancellation. There are no overage caps, so please monitor usage accordingly.

5. GOODWILL EXCEPTIONS

While all sales are final, Lead For Speed reserves the right to evaluate refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any goodwill exceptions granted do not set a precedent for future requests and are not a waiver of this policy.

6. POLICY CHANGES

Lead For Speed reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
